Due to the ever-changing range of products we offer, the availability of products cannot always be guaranteed. Should an item no longer be available, you will be notified and given the option of choosing an alternative item or cancelling your order.
For orders to the UK mainland the following charges will be levied:
Orders under £50 =£1.50
Orders over £50 = FREE
All International orders = Please email info@e-showcase.co.uk for a quote.
Wholesale enquiries = Please email info@e-showcase.co.uk for amounts at cost and carriage charges.
Delivery charges may change without notice.
We aim to dispatch goods, to the delivery address that you supply, within 14 working days of the receipt of your order. Should there be a delay in dispatching your chosen item we will notify you of this in advance. Your credit card will be debited prior to dispatch of your order.
Items to be returned must be sent in their original condition and packaging. A letter outlining the problem with the item should be enclosed, together with full contact details ie name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Refunds or replacements are given at our discretion having received and inspected the returned item. A handling charge of up to £5 may be levied to cover our costs.
You will need to pay the cost of the postage incurred in returning the item. It is recommended that registered post or recorded delivery be used when returning goods.
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to info@e-showcase.co.uk within 24 hours of the placing of your order.
